Covid-19 Vaccination Policy
For Live Classes and Lessons
Under current restrictions, it is a government requirement that all people aged over 16 years old attending classes must have received both doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination. To comply with the rules, The Music Playground staff are required to check the vaccination status of all people attending classes.

To save time at the start of class, the quickest way to check vaccination status is using the Service Victoria App on your phone as part of the QR code check-in system. Please ensure that you have added your digital vaccination certificate to the app before coming to class. Instructions on how to add your vaccination certificate can be found here:

https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/get-your-covid-19-vaccine-certificate

PLEASE NOTE: Entry to classes will not be permitted without proof of vaccination (or a valid medical exemption letter). The process to upload your digital certificate to the Service Victoria app takes some time, so please ensure you complete these steps before attending class.
Covid Safety While Attending Classes
Classes are held in The Music Playground studio, 41 Challis Street, Newport.
Group classes are held in a well-ventilated room with a HEPA anti-viral air purifier, open doors creating a cross-flow of air, and fans.
